As for my role in CO’YA, I am grateful and blessed that during my interviews the Partners recognized my skillset and saw a bigger picture for my future with the company. They are challenging me to utilize my vast background by creating the Purchasing and Procurement Department. My experience focused on administrative assistance, marketing, and event planning for mortgage lenders, realtors, and construction owners to name a few.

Now, after 20 years, I am able to pull all of my talents and interests together and push my career forward by shaping the Purchasing and Procurement Department into a well-oiled machine. I will be focusing on cost-efficiency, product quality, vendor relations, as well as, working with the folks with boots on the ground. I’m super excited that CO’YA was able to recognize that I am more than what I applied for, and I look forward to helping make homeownership a reality again as I master my spoke in the CDP wheel.
