I was a dreamer, but I allowed life to take over and was too busy to let my dreams blossom. Now that I am older and retired, my dreams have resurfaced, and I’m allowing them to become my new reality. CO’YA Development Partners is allowing me to be a part of something bigger than myself, and it is truly a miracle!

More About Alyce

Get to know the talented individuals who are the backbone of our company.

I am blessed to have two business partners: one that allows me to fly and one that keeps me centered. Thank you to my pilot and business partner, Norm, for allowing me to fly higher than I ever expected, and to my husband and partner, Danny, for keeping me focused and loved. Our first community is in Gallup, New Mexico, and even from the time that we secured our first parcel to now, we have grown exponentially, and I’m more excited every day! I’m thrilled about the endless support and possibilities that our financial blessings are allowing us to help professionals, families, and individuals who thought homeownership was out of reach. We are not just building homes but communities that are safe, secure, energetic, environmentally friendly, and beautiful!

In addition to helping create communities, we are also able to aid several ministries. We have even created CO’YA Ministries, which has been a 30-year dream come true. We are now giving to missionaries around the world. Our premise is Biblical: to give seed to the sower so that the gospel could be spread around the world. This legacy will continue through CDP, even well after we are no longer here, as the Lord has provided this opportunity, and it is our way to say thank you.

Well, a little bit about me. I am no stranger to hard work. Since my father worked the afternoon shift, the responsibility to feed the cattle and do all the household chores fell on my brother and me. I attended the University of Nebraska and received a degree in teaching; however, I proudly took the role of housewife to Danny and mother of our children. When Danny and I parted ways, I quickly learned computers and electrical drafting to make ends meet.

Back together with my beloved husband, we are celebrating 34 years of marriage and have never been happier. We enjoy doing everything together, which includes coffee and prayer every morning. He makes me laugh and supports my generous heart, which has called me to CO’YA Development Partners and every aspect that we are creating. I’m especially proud of Women of CO’YA. This is where I will be able to recognize other women who have followed their dreams, whether it is within CDP or elsewhere. I’m excited about celebrating women, God, and bringing community back to families.
